As of today May 23rd this is a good contact # 888-534-3596,, YOU MUST CALL CANCEL ORDER & RECEIVE A RMA NUMBER IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE A REFUND: MUST HAVE RMA # TO RETURN THE TRAIL PACKAGE IN ORDER TO HAVE REFUND OF ADD"L CHARGES RETURNED ALONG WITH ANY FUTURE CHARGES STOPPED..I was able to speak with a customer service rep.@# 888-534-9536. advised all supervisor's are in meetings .. (surprise).. Dermapure WILL charge your account 15 days after the trial order is ""PLACED" if the TRIAL PACKAGE is not RETURNED within those 15 days!!! (SCUMBAGS) ..They will charge your account for add'l funds... In other words they don't give you time to even use it to see if it's works before they hit your account with add'l fees..In order to have them return any funds the Trial Package needs to be returned and you need to call and cancel the order @ 888-534-9536 !! Once they receive the return item they will issue a refund at least that is what they are telling me .. I"ve argued with them considering I didn't even receive the trial package until the May11th and they charged my acct today May 23th . I also spoke with a rep on May 9th advised them I didn't want any add'l product or fees.. was told no other charges would be applied.. But of course they don't tell you. only if you return the trial package ,which I still didn't have at that point!!!! They will continue to charge your account & will not return the funds until they received the trial package back..you ""MUST CALL & CANCEL ORDER"" (I suggest if you used it send empty jar screw them). I haven't had it long enough to even use it..Today is the 15th day since I placed the order..(Inappropriate Content Removed).... The contact number I found and was able to get thru on is 888-534-9536.. I also suggest eveyone to contact the BBB to file a compliant against them. = 888-589-3380 is not an active number...which is the number listed on the web & the packing info List
