I have not received my shoes, and have seen numerous complaints here.I sent the below message to PayPal, however I have read here that they have not gotten anyone's money back.

This seller is all over the internet via customers disputing payments for goods not received, scams, false advertising and more. I have just emailed the seller at the gmail address provided, but have had no response yet as it was only this morning when I located all the scam information for "kelly-mall", "xiaofei liu", "[email protected]" and I am sure other aliases. I also saw on the kelly-mall site where I "purchased" the shoes, or where I was robbed, if you prefer says "kelly-mall is UpFront" and when I click on UpFront, it displays a message of "This merchant is disabled."

Here is a link to scambook.com with numerous stories exactly like mine. They ordered goods, have not received them, fully paid already, and the site they were ordered from says "Processing" and pending unilateral, which I have no idea what that is. The WORST part may be of all the posts on scambook, some consumers state that you would not help them & advised a police report, who advised complaint to the FTC. In other words - they were/are out of luck it would seem.

I have done a lot of business with PayPal over the last several years - both as debit account type and credit card as well. I have never come across anything like this.

I know that you do not want scam artists using your service to steal money from consumers - especially long time PayPal customers.

I am disputing this payment as a scam and false advertising, failure to provide purchased goods - and any other description you'd like to call it.

Also, on the page where I check the status of the order it says "No shipping address provided, which is ludicrous. As well, it shows my address in multiple other areas when checking the status.

Can you please read this email carefully, consider each and every obvious scam clue that I have discovered today & then please tell me what PayPal is going to do for me? The sooner the better, obviously.
