This company paymeloans took an unathorized payment out of my account. I am getting married on May 26, 2012 and every cent is accounted for. I tried calling this company to remove my information that they fraudulently took out of there system twice before the charges and I was informed they will remove. Once I went in my bank account to check the balance on 5/14/12 I notice the charges. I contacted the company and the rep stated that she will cancell me out of the system and refund me my money. She gave me a refund confirmation number and then told me it will take 7-10 days to be refunded. I then called back after 5 business days and a male rep stated it takes 10-15 days. I asked for a supervisor it took 25mins for them to get me one and which then at that point the supervisor was very rude and then hung up on me. I call back to asked to speak to or receive their district managers name and number but they refused over and over to provide me that information and also hung up on me. I still have not received my funds back and todays is May 23,2012. I have never done business with this company and never authorized and transaction with this company!!!
