i do not know. i went to withdraw some money from my account and when i tried the desired amount was not there. i checked my account online and found 2 unauthorized withdrawls on the same day. to my further surprise i discovered that monies had been withdrawn from my account since the 11th of august 2011.
basically, i am completely unaware of how, why and where my money has gone and i would like to have my bank find who is responsible for this fraud.
