Phone beep above one 800 number and request proof of verification allowing them to bill your account. Do not!!!!! Provide them with any personal information other than that text phone number which you received the message by!!!! they require no additional information in order to issue you a refund. Do not give them personal information in order to send you a check for reimbursement.!!!!!
The individual on the phone told me they were unable to issue me a refund that they would have to transfer me to their billing department and have them call me. I said I would not allow them to put me on hold until they transferred me to a supervisor." Any legitimate company must have a working supervisor on shift that is available to take complains"
The supervisor may claim that he could refund me my last purchase months subscription. I informed them that that wouldn't be acceptable that they must refund the account from day one as it happened that they nailed me for four months before I realized my billing which is an automatic payment was paying them. they're making their additional money in hopes that you will settle for a monetary refund of a partial amount. they do have a legitimate(tongue-in-cheek) Service ID with my wireless service provider. dOS they are required to issue a refund if they cannot prove your authorize Asian. one of the only methods to prove authorize Asian is having the registered birth date of the account holder of the wireless service subscription. if they do not have this information you are entitled!! To your refund if you are asked for it. However it may take asking several times. But do not settle for anything less than a 100% refund.
Your refund can be issued back to your wireless service provider!!!!

Furthermore it is free in Canada to block any and all third-party charges through text message services with any wireless service provider....
