My name is Evie Loggins. On 4-19-2012 I ordered a free trial offer of DermaPure. I did authorize for the shipping fee to be charged to my credit card. On 5-4-2012 they charged me 79.95 on my card. I have tried to call but the answer is always the telephone is out of order and the email address also does not work. I am unable to cancel the order so I put in a dispute with my credit card. They are going to try to settle it. I only hope the credit card can stop them from charging me more.

- sorry Evie, I am having the same problems. 2 weeks after initial shipment of product, I was charged 79.95. I only authorized the 1.95 for trial. I tried contacting the company to no avail, so now am dealing with my credit card company... good luck.
