Sorry I took so long to report this company. I ordered a wedding dress from this company after researching it on the computer. I fell in love with the dress I picked out, I ordered it. When the dress didn't arrive on time I did the on line chat and was given the e-mail address. They gave me another shipping date for my order. It arrive three weeks after the date promised, at which time it was not like the picture on the internet. My gown was not completely beaded only half way. I notified Wide Dress and was told to e-mail loveeveningdress.com, I did. I received an e-mail from a Noel Heart, who advise me that the dress is not going to look like the photo and I could not return it because it was special ordered. He apoligized. You order what you like they send you what they want and you cannot get your money back. One week later I received a second dress smilar to my dress, one was satin the order was taffeta, I ordered taffeta, if you put both of them together you would almost have the dress I ordered. I tried to send one of the dresses back, but the company was interested. I got two dresses for the price of one, but I hurriedly cancelled my credit card before they charge me for the second dress. Around the same time I ordered my bridesmaides dresses from Girl-dress.com, they are not longer existing, the dresses were not made according to the measurements, one arrived damaged, looked like someone stepped on it, when I notified the company I was given the same e-mail adress (loveeveningdress.com), again I received an e-mail from Noel Heart (this is another company, he has ties to this company as well). They requested photos, I sent them, they asked it I could the damaged dress to a seamstress, ridiculous. Warning!!!!Do not do business with Wide Dress, you may not get what you ordered.
