mr. derrek smith called us told we were approved for a modification we would only have to pay 1500.00 for there service after ageeing for there services ? he called back told us we another 1500.00 to continue.I new to my gut feeling this was a scam but my husband believed in derrek now its been 8 months because of the 3000.00 we are behind in our morgage payments derrek new we were living pay check to pay check he saw our bank statements .The bank is ready to foreclose june 24 2012. we have know were to go maybe to a camp ground ?we are still try to getin touchwith liz gomes also to get the foreclosure stopped she another one who is supposed to be on this case all you get is her voice mailbox which doesnot take your message they. derrek did call my husband may 16 said every think looks fabulous i calledthe bank may 17 he never called there still foreclos ing june 24 th
