thought I was checking one car for a $2.95 charge. They have taken 29.95 every month out of my account without my authorization since february 2012. I had no idea I was signing up for a monthly service. Just thought it was a one time useage. When you call the 877 916-4832 customer service number, you get someone that doesn't speak English, you cant understand what they are saying, but they will not credit your account, then they give you a bogus website for a refund form that is non existant.
