I have never heard of this company and made no purchases for 39.95 in the last 6 months at the least. I called the number and as the other woman stated, I could not really understand the woman at the other end (English definitely not her first language). I demanded a refund to which she stated "will send you a refund confirmation email within 24 hours and you will be refunded within 5 - 7 days". I still haven't even gotten an email, and I'll have to cancel my debit card and have a new one issued. What a pain
