My husband ordered retoxor because he heard the ad on the radio, he said they offered a free trial, so he called and the woman told him it was 9.95 for 30 days so he agreed and gve credit card info then after she recieved it she then told him he would be chrged 339.00! He then told her no he thought it was 9.95 and said just cancel my order and she told him she could not do that he would have to call a diffrent number to cancel then she started offering some fitness DVD and he said no I don't want anything, just cancel everything. Come to find out we were charged $339. Plus 2.00 for the DVD! We tried calling other number to cancel and was told we need to send back product before and kind of refund! Totally ridiculous!..I hope this company gets shut down for FRAUD!
