I wanted to download a medical book for school. I went to the sight were they charged me an initial $2.00 for the downloand and then the book was $49.95. When I looked for the book to download it, it was not available.
I have tried to resolve this matter and nothing has happened. I got my bank statement today to confirm that they have not reversed this charge. Going back to the bank today.
