Soon after I received my free sample I contacted 888-534-3596 (April 24) to cancel an order I din't make billed to my credit card ($79.95). One of the representatives gave me the RMA # which I was suppose to return with the products I "supposedly ordered" to get credit back. However, to this date, I still have not received anything at all from Dermapure (apart from the "free" sample, and the charge of $79.95 still appears in my credit card.
