I ordered a Jack Rogers' shoe for $89.99 by using Paypal. He pocketed the money immediately. However he did not send an invoice, tracking number, or any confirmation for the transaction. I called the company from the number on their website. But it is not a valid number. I sent 11 messages both to the email adress on their website, and his personal email adress which Paypal provided to me. However he did not respond to me at all. I contacted Paypal. But they rejected my case. My problem is not only with the shop-cora but also with Paypal. Paypal is not doing it for the first time. They basically advertise themself as a secure payment. However, they never back up the customer. Basically, they immediately sent the money to the seller's account before even shipment is made or tracking number provided. So, basically they are making the sellers recognize their revenue earlier which is earlier the shipment date or tracking number given . Then when the buyer has a problem with the seller,they really do nothing for the buyer. As long as the seller gave the tracking number without considering what it is orginally ordered and sent. Paypal is rejecting the seller's case because the tracking number is provided and the item is shipped. A lot of times the seller knows it,and send a cheap $1 item with the tracking number in order to give the tracking number, and pocket the money. Last year we bought a modern sectional sofa online by using paypal. After we gave our order we learned that the company was located in Russia from the paypal receipt. Instead of the secional sofa, the seller sent totaly different small couch. When we sent the pictures to Paypal to prove it, Paypal responded that we should ship the couch back to the seller in order to pursue wiith our case. It was totaly most absurd thing I ever heard. How can I ship the sofa back to the company which is located in Russia. It is more than $1000 just to ship there, and why do I suffer the mistake which the seller did it. So we waited 45 days. But Paypal did nothing about it. So my bank interfered it, and put the money back to my account.
My problem If the paypal is advertising as a secure payment, where is the security here? It is a total false advertisement. Because, they immediately pay the money to seller way before revenue recognize, and wait for 45 days. Please do not order from "shop-cora.com". Additionally, do not pay by using paypal. Because it is making a false advertisement. In my opinion we who has a victim of Paypal unrightfully due to their advertisement, should come together and go against them with the class suit.
