I ordered a free trial from LLC Scottsdale - Green Coffee Diet and paid shipping only of $12.20 for two products - March / 12. When I got my charge card bill this month, they was a charge of almost $170.00 for products (which I did not receive). I called to cancel the charge card today and found out that they billed me another $80 on May 18. Help, I am out approx. $230.00. I have email the company, no response.

- I have been trying to get my money back from them since April 2nd. On April 15th they told me it'll take 7-10 business days and each time I call they tell me the same thing, also that its impossible to talk to their billing office. Such bullshit.

- Well the number I origionally called doesnt let me speak to anyone so after some research Ive came upon this number which does get me to an actual person but still they havent been helpful at all. Ive asked to speak with their billing department and they tell me "oh thats impossible" but here it is.. 1866-788-0099

- so I have sent the original "free trial" back and postal tracked the package, which was delivered and received by them. So will see, no refund yet, surprise! And still have no idea why they kept billing me until I cancelled the charge card. Will post when there is more info.
