Having failed to sign up for the trial at $1.99, I signed up for a year's membership at $49.95 I was able to download a few movies, albeit very slowly, over a few days. But after that, every time I click on 'Download' I get 2 error messages, " "Requested file is temporarily unavailable". and, "File <name of movie> not found".
I had written to them and they suggested I re-download the software. On uninstalling the version which anyway was the latest version (v1.3.0), I lost all my downloaded movies but the problem still continues.
Strangely enough, I can log in, search for movie titles, but, sadly, cannot download.
