Purchased 4 watches from this store with promises of high quality and a guarantee. The first watch was delivered defective/broken and the store refused to exchange/refund. The second and third watches fell apart within 2 months, again with no opportunity to exchange/refund. The fourth watch stopped working within 12 months. The level of customer service/communication was appalling and the guarantee was a scam. I highly advise you do not purchase from this Internet store.

I had the same problem, i bought one watch which had their fake guarantee of high quality in with the face shattered into pieces when i bumped it against my computer while typing. Their response was this could not happen beucase of the crystal face. Regardless they replaced it but charged me $100 or so. Then the second one the latch wore down after a month till it was unseable and they cant replace it and still claim its the users fault. Not sure how I wear down metal but as their product is guaranteed to be perfect it must have been me.
