Admin/Office
Must be self starters and be able to undertake responsibilities with limited supervision. They must also be able to multi-task, and have a working knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with other types of software is a plus.


Property Manager
Property Managers, will be responsible for all phases of operations as well as the day-to-day functions. The ideal candidates must demonstrate great leadership, interpersonal, management and communication skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years property management with multi-family building complexes. Advanced computer skills a must.


Assistant Property Manager
Assistant Manager, will handle day-to-day operations under the direction of the property manager. 2 years property management experience is a plus. Successful candidate will assist manager with daily community operations including but not limited to resident relations, service requests follow-ups, maintaining resident files, rent collection, and apartment inspections.

I put my home number in and it kept trying to verify it. I believe it wanted a cell phone number. When it could not verify it, it gave me the message below.
