I found an add online from a woman named Tammy Peterson who said that she moved to Cameroon with 2 Maltese puppies that could not handle the heat and was giving them away free. She said she paid $480 to ship them to me. Later I got contacted by her and this Chris Ben saying I needed $180 for a change of ownership document. I told them I could only send 100 and they said no problem. Then they tell me that they are being shipped only to send me another message saying that their insurance expired in London and will be held until I renew it and that I could be charged with abandoment and be sued. I could only come up with 130 of it and they said they would handle the rest. Now guess what, I sent the money and no puppies and suddenly they no longer are responding. Look out. This scam not only took my money but upset my whole family and broke me and my childrens hearts as we soo wanted them.
