Purchased 5 items from website www.swarovski-saleoutlet.com that featured mostly non current/past season swarovski articles. Prices were comparable with other like for like retailers of swarovski jewelery items so didn't seem too good to be true. Goods are described on website with genuine swarovski article codes and imagery and assurance from site operators in response to email sent and enquiry on online form affirmed that articles were genuine swarovski. Goods received after a very long delay and shoddy, dodgy explanation from sellers as to reason for delay. Goods are very obvious fake counterfeit items. Poorly manufactured with cheap materials. I immediately notifed the seller that I rejected the order due to fraud and asserted my right to a full refund for fraudulently sent misrepresented counterfeit goods. The site uses 95epay as payment gateway provider - I did not know this until transaction was processed as I thought site was redirecting to paypal. Seller's only response was to assert nonsense that photos were needed for quality issues and claimed that I would have to send the items back to receive refund. I stated that I would return goods when seller advised a return contact and shipping address and organised and paid for return service (shipping counterfeit items is illegal so I wasn't going to bear cost or risk of this for fraudulently sent fake goods). I contacted 95epay and received no response to two requests for assistance with seeking refund. Reported to my bank and ACCC scamwatch and an AU scamwarning site and will make police complaint against merchants and request that they make complaint to overseas police service in origin country - they may be in China but site operates worldwide and potential for loss to be experienced by consumers is high. Counterfeit goods cost everyone and I had no intention of purchasing counterfeit items. Site makes extensive use of Swarovski imagery be warned however, that these merchants substituted counterfeit items that don't even remotely correspond to genuine swarovski image or article. website is also known as www.swarovskibnecklace.com Sellers use freemail accounts to correspond with enquirers. They are complete scammers - website may be hosted in USA however, consumers globally including UK are at risk of rip off from these scammers.
