I checked my visa bill statement and noticed a payment for £10.00 from completesavings.co.uk. I do not know who they are or how they have gotten my card details. I have not authorized this payment. I checked with my bank and it shows this is a monthly payment for which they are not given authorization from me to do... How do you stop them from taking payment monthly when they were not given authorization ?
