Normal checking of my account I noticed I was off balanced between my quickbooks and bank account. Looking further I saw the $14.95 charge for Fundedpayday.com. I called my bank immediately and sternly told them I have an unauthorized charge in my account. They put me on hold a few moments and told me that it has been sent to the complain dept and a refunded will be issued in 4 hours.
I know I got this from taking out a online payday loan, because when you dont know any companies you input your information to a search engine not the actual payday loan company. Of cause they dont tell you this until you submit your personal bank information. Really unregulated system. This is my second one and the other I was able to get it refunded through them by quoting there will be a full Federal investigation. I was going to go to the top with this through my banks and have every arguement thrown back at anyone who questioned it other wise. Even embarress the bank on TV if I had to.
Once this refunded is recieved I am going straight to the bank and complaining and changing the bank account number. Regardless what the bank saids they are easily responsible because they let the charge through with out flagging a fraud check. I was getting that before now what happen to it? A word to the wise before you go in to complain get you information straight proof and ready and walk in there like they owe you the world and you are not moving anywhere.

- My bank immediately refunded my account. I am going to change my account number because of the payday loans search engines that take your information and spit it out to the internet. What a mistake.
