like the other posters on here, I was also scammed by Loves Shoes Mall. I ordered several pairs (around 3 or 4) of shoes from them and I never received any of them. That one poster you should consider yourself lucky, at least you received something from them. When I went on their site to contact them they have no phone number what so ever anywhere on their site, probabally because they are not interested in hearing from you only in taking your money. So the only contact they have is an email form and an email address which might as wel be non existant as well because like peoples orders you get nothing, no response, the only thing you get from them is being ignored. The other problem I am having in regards to this is that I cannot seem to find my receipt from them. It seems though I cannot prove it that when I made that pointless attempt to email them it saved the page showing my email confirmation over my receip and now I cannot access my receipt. Since I was not able to access my receipt I tried to log in to my account to access it and when I attempt to log in it tells me my email and or password are not correct. When I attempt to try and use the forgot password link it tells me that my email address is not registered. This is causing me yet another problem as I am not sure which credit card I used to pay for my order and I needed to access my order to find out. I just want something done about this, I want this company to be held responsible and accountable for what they did to all of us and to not only be made to do the right thing but to be put out of business. Please let us not see if we can join together to see if we cannot have them pay for what they did, pay for their crime.
