I ordered their free products, which asked for my credit card number so that postage could be charged, and this sounded reasonable so I didn't think anything of it. My understanding was that if I didn't do anything about it, they would send more products and charge me which also sounded quite reasonable.However, I found that I had two charges made, on 8th and 9th May, for $NZ180 (about $US120) even though I emailed the company before the 30 days trial period expired to say I didn't want their products. They obviously ignored my email, and my efforts to contact them on the number provided have been fruitless - the number is no longer available.
