I created an account so my family and I could speak to my brother who was in jail everything was fine and perfect creating the account and setting it up. It seem too perfect well when my brother tried calling me i never received the calls from him. I called prison call solutions to get it fixed and they allways said everything was ok but it really wasnt, when they wpuld explain everything to me i couldnt even understand them really bad accent. I tried getting a refund but they said i couldnt get it because they had paid for the number they provided to me which never worked. Very upset with the company would not recommed it to anybody Do Not Get this Service form this company....
