I received both my trail size package and the Derma Pure Collegen Pills in seperate packages. Each package contained a packing list and stated all returns required a Return Authorization Number. Call 888 589 3380 for returns. After many attempts and informed that this number did not work i found another number on their site 888 534 3596. I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership and wanted a return authorization number. I was informed that they do not refund the Derma Pure Collegen Pills . I explained that this seems confusing since the information on the packing list clearly states that upon request I would receive an authorization number. They tried to explain that this was only available for the Derma Pure cream, but I was shipped each package individually and each contained a packing list with the information on it for a return authorization number. I have canceled any future orders and hope never to deal with this company again. BUYER BEWARE.
