I found this morning that these charges had been deducted from my account. After calling the company i got this lame excuse that I had not responded back to an email about a payday loan inquiry quick enough and in it was a clause authorizing them to activate the charge. Now I have to wait for the Card to come in the mail and its 'supposed' to have my refund loaded on it. We'll see, and they'd better hope.
