Today (08-13-11) I completed an order at 3:06 PM. When I called the contact number for Avast Antivirus Protection, I got Online Stores. I tried to confirm the amount I was charged, The person would not let me tell him what I ordered to confirm the price. I asked to talk to a supervisor. After much hesitation one came on the phone and I did not hear his name. I don't think he gave it to me. I erased the amount because it was wrong. I read off to them the offer on the screen. It was for one computer @$64.92 total including $9.99 for a rescue disk plus $4.94 for taxes. After the supervisor came on the phone the price suddenly changed to $104.00. The same thing happened to me with magic Jack, which I will write about latter when I have time to dig up the information.
