I signed up for a trial period and paid $1.00. When I tried to log back in to cancel I was unable to. I entered my email address so they would email me my password - never happened. I was charged 49.60 on April 16 and again on May 16. I was finally able to get a phone # (1-888-435-1926). Could not get a live person but was able to cancel by pressing numbers when prompted. I was supposed to get a cancellation email - never got it either.
