My email to GTPublishcations on May 15, 2012

To GTPublications LLC,

I had purchased an add on 9/28/2011, nearly 8 months ago. According to our dialogue plus the written agreement I am suppose to receive a copy of the first edition. I was originally advised by Stephanie Carlin (verbally) and Jeanne (via email) the directory would be available in “late December, to early January”. I was told later by a gentleman whom returned my phone message that the directory would be ready for April 2012. I have not received any notice of postponed/cancelled status nor verification that the directory has become available.

I had tried calling your office at 561-450-7673 this afternoon, but the phone was not answered.

I am assuming the directory with my advertisement has not be made available. I would like to cancel my advertisement and request a full $250 refund, as I was never provided two (2) weeks prior notice in case of such postponements or cancellations.

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Regards,

Robert Schratz, AAI
