I GAVE TOPSIDE CONSTRUCTION A DOWN PAYMENT ON 28 FEB2011.THIS WAS FOR A ROOFING JOB ON MY HOUSE AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK.I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND REPORTED THIS TO THE STATE TROOPERS. I FILED A SMALL CLAIMS CASE IN DUNKIRK NEW YORK.
