This is Loretta Brodock: I have a recent File here and would like to update it: I contacted the Better Business Bureau: BBB of Southern Colorado...and was told to go to . bbc.org...enter 80831 for the state....and file a compliant with them..They have had 340 some compliants with only 2 no replies and 300 resolved and money returned to customer: So I urge everyone to file a compliant with the bbc, 80831 and use the new name for them also, which is Lrumar Publications. I just filed my compliant and will update here what happens ...To all ..Good Luck
