I ordered a 14 day free sample of this product on 05/01/2012. I was planning to send it back, read the fine print and discovered I had to call them to get a mailing sticker. I tried to call numerous times, was told that their number was not working . Tried another number and a recording said that this was not " DuraPure ". Then I found their website, clicked go to get there and was routed to a site that said I had one a $1,000.00 gift card to American Express, or a gift card to I believe to Walmart for $1,000.00 or an electronic device worth @1,000.00. Also, they took the $89.95 out of my acct. on day 13. I don't know how to get in touch with them, so I guess I am out $89.50. I have however, stopped any future debits from my acct. Please do not post this to my facebook for all my friends to see what an idiot I was!
