I applied for a loan, same as the others. I had no idea they were going to sell my bank account information to other companies (i.e. PAYMELOANS) and they were both going to start debiting my checking account at will. I went to my bank, who has been absolutely wonderful through this, and they closed out my checking account. Went to check it this morning and guess who had already tracked down the new account number? Avanix. Up pops the $31.96 charge, again. From reading the other posts, I've not even bothered to call their "cs" number. I might go ape if they were to tell me I have to accept their shark loan to get the fee back. Please be warned. Don't let this happen to you!
