I purchased 1 year of AVG protection which was 18.00, but when I recieved my bank statement, they had charged me 70.80,,,,I called them and they said I had purchased it for 3 years, I said no I got it for 1 year but she insisted I had bought it for 3 years, I would never have done that because I probably wont even have this computer that long, I got angry and told her it was a scam, she said I did did not read the fine print, I said a few more choice words and she would not respond.
I tried going into my computer to find my account because everytim I turn my computer on it says my AVG has run out,,,,I went into my account and went under Sold Products, it said you have no products, tried another heading it said " " Nothing In Your Account" I just called them again at 9:00 EST May 15, 2012, she told me to go to softwarepros.com, I did and this is what I got, this page. Now where do I go from here, can anyone answer that question????????????/ I am just a litttle more then upset. Sylvia Miller
