I too, saw an ad by Dr. Oz on TV stating that I could receive a free sample of face cream , which after use would convert me from a 77 year old face to a 27 year old face by eliminating wrinkles. All I would have to pay would be the $4.95 for the jar of cream plus shipping and handling. On my next statement of 3/03/2012, I discovered a charge of 98.16 for this original, miraculous jar of cream.
On March 22, 2012, I rewrapped the cream and took it to the post office and for a charge of $7.00 I returned the package.
You do not get a free jar of cream. You receive a 10 day use , in which time you must return the jar . All you are buying is time.
Sounds like fraud to me although Nue Science tells me what they are doing is perfectly legal because they have covered all their bases with their lawyers,.
