Not sure how this company stays in business. I ordered a tshirt end of Feb 2012. Order was supposed to take 2 weeks to receive. 6 weeks later I received nothing. The company does not list a phone number so I emailed customer service multiple times. No reply. I was left no choice but to cancel the charge on my credit card. Of course, I then received a nasty threatening email from Christy Strange, owner of Decal-Orations. She claims customer agrees by electronic signature to pay a $50 fee in the case of disputed claim or chargeback. What a joke. I responded if her company would have simply sent my order or responded to my initial email inquiries, she could have avoided this. I will be reporting this company to BBB. DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. There are several complaints about them online. I wish I would have read them before going through all of this.
