I signed up for free products and was told that if I did not like the products I must contact the company within 17 days or else the amount of R 675 ( around $90)would be taken from my account every month until I cancelled. I ordered on the 11th May 2012 because they said that the free offer of 2 face creams expired on the 11th May. The money has been taken off my account but I have as yet not received the products. I do not know how to cancel the order because it now appears to be a scam and I want to avoid any further monies being debited from my account. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to cancel any further withdrawals form the two companies. I'm in South Africa.
