In 2008 I bought my antivirus through CA.com software. When I was going through my statements at the end of 2011 I realised that they had continued to charge me $49.95 each year even though I had not given them permission to. I was unable to pursue the transaction as it had happened 6 months before. There has now been a further $49.95 debit to my account on the 03/05/2012 which I am disputing
