Applied for a loan but not through this company. Somehow they received my information and charged me $31.96 for some kind of fee. Am not sure why or how since I did not authorize them to charge me and neither did I applied through their company. Checked my account and found a charge that I have no clue about. Called my bank and was told that it was a loan company that put the charge on my account. Was told to call the company and find out why.
