I was checking my account and found a charge for $31.96 from this company. I have never heard of these people nor have I ever applied to do any business with these people. When I contacted the number listed on my statement they said they would refund my $31.96 and cancel my account with them but that the overdraft fee of $38.00 I had to take up with my bank. I told the guy I never signed up for any account and he said when I filled out a request for some payday loan information it was probably on one of the pages that came up for financial resources because that's what they provide--resource tools. I informed him that I never agreed to sign up for anything because I read the fine print on EVERYTHING! He told me to look for a confirmation email cancelling my account with them. I told him I would be contacting the state of Nevada about this so called company's SPAM business practices becasue I never requested any information from their website.
