I ordered ReliftXS and Demaskin as part of the South African Introductory Offer. There was no charge for the products as they were samples. All I had to pay for was the delivery charges. The delivery charges of R48 were taken off my credit card on the 26th April. Today I noticed that an additonal R803 had been taken off on the 11th May, 2012. I have not ordered anything further from this company plus I have not yet received the original samples. Is this a scam?

I have cancelled my card with my bank. This is the only way to ensure that no further transactions are charged to the card. Would suggest you do the same if not done already.

Spoke to Noima at African Mango on +27 0875502437. Wasn't very helpful. Still have not received the samples. Would not give me the shipping number. Said she would escalate to the appropriate department for action. Response in 24-48 hours.
Update: 05/24/2012
They didn't bother calling me back. However, spoke to Chris today. Says my acc has been cancelled and a refund cheque will be posted (I cancelled my CC). Shd wait 2 - 3 weeks. Now we wait and see. Thier no is 0875502437.
