An attempted unauthorized draft from my checking account by Avanix. Luckily for me my Bank did not pay the draft and took off the overdraft charge for me.
Beware of ALL online payday sites. I had applied online for a payday loan (not Avanix) and do not have a loan with them. Apparently these payday sites share ALL information, including checking account information. There is no other way Avanix could have gotten this information.
They now have a new website.
Maybe now there is enough information available to get them reported to the FTC for bank fraud. Information on this company is available below.
