I went on line to check my bank account and saw an unauthorized debit of $31.96 from advanix.. I never heard of them, never had any business with them. I called a number that was next to their name and they were trying to say that I took out a payday loan in March. I did not. They said that the payday loan company charges them for this process. I demanded a refund and he told me I would receive it within 10 business days. Then I received an email stating that I would receive a refund within 3-7 business. So far, nothing. this was on may 7th 2012 My name is Marie I want my money back!
