My bank account was charged $29.95 for something I did not authorize, and they promised a refund within 3 days. Over 7 days later, the refund showed up, and I closed my account. Then they put a stop on the refund check costing me $5 more. They are not answering their phone. I have contacted the BBB and others. I will file a police report too.
