I purchased a Windows 7 upgrade package digital download with a genuine product key for $55.94 on 11/5/2011 and on 5/5/2012 I got a pop up stating my version of Windows was not Genuine. I tried to re-submit my product key, but I got a error message saying Microsoft is blocking that particular product key. I then contacted Microsoft to find out why they were blocking my product key and they told me that my key has been reported as returned to seller and there for being blocked until the seller re-sells the product key to the next buyer. I have tried multiple times to contact DigitalOnlineItems.com and they are utterly ignoring me. They have no way to contact them via phone or any kind of address listed, the only way to contact them is electronically. Do not buy digital products from OnlineDigitalItems.com they will just pull your key and re-sell it to the next guy.
