I was charged on 5-11-12 $78.41 for a product that I had recieved on 5-10-12. How convenient the charge went thru on 5-11-12 before midnite , I check my account daily this was not there in the morning. The first charge went thru the bank on 5-7-12 for the trial fee. This company is charging you for a product before you recieve it or get a chance to complete the trial. Thus they win either way they only give you two options you can not get a full refund you must settle on their terms. Lesson learn stay away from surveys and hang up quickly on 800/866/877 numbers.
