I ordered three, with the protection package in March. They cashed my money order on April 16th,because I did not want to use a credit card. And up until now I have not received anything from them. I can not reach them by phone. this is a lot of money to be losing. I hope these complains, don't reach deaf ears, and they can work out a refund!
