on friday 05/04/12 a debit of 31.96 was taken out of my account. I called the phone number connected to this company and it says.... thankyou for calling the corporate office... im like what? so i waited about 10 minutes and a man asks me for my phone number and then procedes to tell me who I man and that I had taken out a loan on 05/03/12. First of all if i had taken out the loan it would hav been deposited into my account. Ive never heard of the company and had not taken out a loan.. then they said that if i had taken any loan out online, which i did, that is how the company was able to tap into my info and debit. they said theyd refund me in 3-7 days. and send me a conf email.. i never gave them my email address and i got a conf. but it had no company name or contact on the email. i waited 3 days and called back. now i get awhole other story. it was a fee for using a brousing service to find a loan but they will close the account and refund. today is the 7th day and nothing. i called back and they are telling me another story! says i took out a loan in december and in feb and never paid? OMG are you serious? feeling helpless and scared.. probably should change my bank acct. if they dont find a way to hack into that!
