the phone number of the company as 855.231.2622 it took me all of 15 seconds to get to a "customer service rep." if you do not call and request a refund, they will not refund your money. what the rep told me was "if someone doesn't call, we do not know if you received a loan" i hope this helps. for anyone out there that needs a loan, there are actually a few online companies that are good at what they do. plaingreen.com, advancemetoday.com and itsmypayday.com
